1. Orders
How do I place an order? Add items to your basket and checkout securely. For business customers, you can request a quote or place larger orders via salesorders@tech-verse.com.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may still be able to cancel or amend it.

Email supportteam@tech-verse.com as soon as possible.


2. Delivery & Shipping
Most in‑stock items ship same day or next business day. Delivery usually arrives within 1–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. We currently deliver to mainland UK and Scottish Highlands & Islands only; see Delivery Information for exclusions.


3. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely; see our Payment & Security Policy.


4. Returns & Warranty
Most consumer purchases can be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Returns Policy. All products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. If you need help, contact support@tech-verse.com.
