TechVerse Warranty Policy

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under consumer law.


Scope
For branded laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and components, all products are supplied with the full manufacturer warranty. Coverage varies by brand and category (typically 1–3 years).

How to request warranty support
Check your product’s warranty details on the manufacturer’s website (using your serial number). Most brands offer faster diagnosis and repair when logged directly with their support teams. If you need help locating warranty information or contacting the manufacturer, email supportteam@tech-verse.com.

What’s not covered
Accidental damage (drops/liquid/misuse), cosmetic wear, unauthorised repairs/modifications, software issues, viruses/malware, and consumables/accessories unless stated by the manufacturer.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm DOA eligibility and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product and brand policy. After 14 days, issues are handled under the standard manufacturer warranty.

Business Customers (B2B)
Warranty applies as per the manufacturer. Consumer 14‑day cancellation rights do not apply to B2B purchases. Support and repair processes follow the relevant business warranty programmes.
