Payment & Security Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Bank Transfer is available for approved B2B accounts only.

2. Payment Security
Transactions are protected using SSL/TLS encryption. Payments are processed in Shopify’s Level 1 PCI DSS certified environment; card data never touches our servers. We only receive tokenised details (e.g., last four digits) to identify your order. Do not send card details by email or provide them by phone.

3. Payment Processing
Payment is taken at checkout and subject to authorisation by your payment provider. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed. A contract to fulfill is formed only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation Email, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

4. Fraud Prevention
Orders may undergo verification checks. High‑value or unusual orders may be held temporarily for manual review. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not pass security checks.

5. Refunds of Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional or expedited delivery services are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or the order is cancelled before dispatch.
