TechVerse Returns Policy

Updated: 24 Mar 2026

1. Changed Your Mind? (Consumers)
Consumers have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, notify us within 14 days and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You may inspect products as you would in a shop; deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary. Wherever reasonably possible, please return items with original manufacturer packaging and all accessories.
Exceptions
Products that cannot be returned if opened or activated include: software and digital licences, download codes, and hygiene‑sensitive products if unsealed (e.g., headsets/earphones).

2. Conditions of Return
You must notify cancellation within 14 days of receipt and return within 14 days of notification. Products must be in resaleable condition with all accessories included where reasonably possible. We may deduct for missing packaging, accessories or signs of use/damage where permitted by law.

3. Return Costs & Risk
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect. Returned goods remain your responsibility until received by us. We recommend a tracked service. Please request an RMA by contacting supportteam@tech-verse.com.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible at supportteam@tech-verse.com with your order number and a brief description (photos help). We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation. For most products, faults within the warranty period are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty; we can assist with the process.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. We refund the standard delivery charge where applicable; premium/expedited delivery costs are non‑refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods (or evidence of return).

6. Business Customers (B2B)
Business orders do not qualify for 14‑day consumer cancellation rights. Returns for B2B customers are accepted where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. Products remain covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Where agreed in advance for non‑faulty returns, a reasonable restocking fee may apply.
